Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Certified Advanced Compensation Consultant to lead and support end-to-end implementations enhancements and ongoing support of Workday Advanced Compensation solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR Total Rewards and business stakeholders to design configure and optimize compensation programs aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Workday Advanced Compensation implementations enhancements and post-production support
Gather and analyze business requirements related to compensation planning merit cycles bonuses stock plans and allowances
Configure and maintain Advanced Compensation plans eligibility rules compensation packages and calculation logic
Design and implement compensation review processes guidelines budgets and approvals
Integrate Advanced Compensation with Core HCM Benefits Payroll and Talent modules
Develop and maintain calculated fields business process frameworks condition rules and validations
Support annual compensation cycles testing data validation and end-user training
Partner with HR and Total Rewards teams to ensure best practices and compliance
Troubleshoot system issues and provide effective solutions
Create functional design documents and user guides
Stay current with Workday releases and provide impact analysis and recommendations
Requirements
Required Qualifications
Workday Certification in Advanced Compensation (Active)
5 years of Workday HCM experience with strong focus on Advanced Compensation
Proven experience in end-to-end Workday implementations
Strong understanding of compensation structures merit planning bonus plans and equity compensation
Experience with Workday security reporting and integrations (basic to intermediate level)
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Additional Workday certifications (HCM Core Compensation Reporting Integrations)
Experience with global compensation programs and multi-country deployments
Exposure to related Workday modules (Payroll Benefits Talent Prism)
Prior experience supporting large enterprise or complex organizational structures
