Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Workday US Payroll Certified Consultant with 5 years of hands-on experience to support and deliver Workday US Payroll implementations enhancements and ongoing support. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in US payroll processing compliance and integrations and will work closely with HR Payroll Finance and IT stakeholders to ensure accurate and compliant payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support Workday US Payroll implementations upgrades and post-go-live support
Configure and maintain earnings deductions taxes pay groups and payroll calculations
Manage payroll processing cycles including on-cycle and off-cycle payrolls
Ensure compliance with US federal state and local payroll regulations
Configure tax authorities garnishments and year-end processing (W-2 W-2C)
Support payroll audits reconciliations and compliance reporting
Integrate Workday Payroll with Time Tracking Absence Benefits and Finance
Collaborate with third-party vendors for tax filing garnishments and banking
Develop and maintain calculated fields business process frameworks and validations
Perform data conversion testing (unit integration UAT) and payroll parallel runs
Troubleshoot payroll issues and provide timely resolution
Prepare functional design documentation and end-user training materials
Support Workday bi-annual releases and provide impact analysis
Requirements
Required Qualifications
Active Workday US Payroll Certification (Mandatory)
5 years of hands-on experience with Workday US Payroll
Strong understanding of US payroll laws taxation garnishments and compliance
Experience in end-to-end Workday implementations and/or AMS support
Proficiency in Workday reporting and payroll reconciliations
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Additional Workday certifications (HCM Benefits Integrations Reporting)
Experience with payroll implementations for mid-to-large US enterprises
Experience supporting parallel payroll runs and year-end processing
Consulting or system integration experience
