- Lead generosity innovation from concept through to launch guiding discovery build go-to-market and optimisation.
- Champion personalisation so customers experience generosity in clear relevant and genuinely valuable ways.
- Elevate communication and context through thoughtful storytelling smart merchandising and insight-driven design.
- Own and evolve the generosity roadmap connecting opportunities to product strategy and commercial goals.
- Collaborate widely with product design data science marketing commercial and technology teams.
- Build trusted relationships and foster an inclusive environment where teams feel supported and empowered.
About You
- Experience leading digital customer experience value or transformation initiatives.
- Proven success working across large complex or cross-functional programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Bring empathy curiosity and a strong customer mindset.
- Feel confident navigating ambiguity and solving unstructured problems.
- Balance commercial thinking with customer value and simplicity.
