Your Role

As a Project Manager youll be a key point of contact for the Digital & Process function providing end-to-end project management across strategic and operational IT and business process initiatives. You will lead cross-functional projects support system implementations and process improvements and ensure initiatives are delivered on time within scope and aligned to business objectives.

Youll:

Lead the planning execution and delivery of IT and business process projects from initiation through to closure
Develop and manage project plans schedules resources budgets and risks to ensure successful outcomes
Coordinate system implementation initiatives including vendor engagement configuration oversight and deployment activities
Facilitate stakeholder engagement workshops and communications across the organisation
Conduct gap analysis and change impact assessments to inform project planning and delivery
Support testing training and knowledge transfer activities to enable successful adoption
Monitor project performance and provide clear reporting and recommendations to senior leadership
Identify risks and issues develop mitigation strategies and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Youll Need

A degree in Project Management Business Information Systems or a related field
Demonstrated experience (5 years) managing IT digital transformation and/or business process improvement projects
Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile Waterfall and PRINCE2
Experience managing cross-functional teams and working with external vendors
Excellent stakeholder engagement communication and facilitation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience in reporting to senior leadership
Experience supporting change management testing and training activities

A high level of computer literacy with experience using project management tools and enterprise systems.
