Job Experience

• 従業員関係労使関係案件ハラスメント差別報復懲戒パフォーマンス改善等の対応経験またはそれに準じる人事労務実務経験

Skill / Knowledge

• 日本の労働法および労務慣行に関する基礎的実務レベルの知識労働時間管理ハラスメント防止施策懲戒就業規則など
• 機密性の高い情報を慎重かつ適切に扱う姿勢と高い倫理観

Competency

• 従業員マネジャーの双方の視点を踏まえて公平中立な立場で状況を整理し判断助言ができる能力

• 対話ヒアリング調整を通じてセンシティブなテーマについても信頼関係を構築できるコミュニケーション力
• ステークホルダーHRBP法務コンプライアンスビジネスリーダー等と連携しながら複数案件を並行して推進できるプロジェクトマネジメント力
