A Day in the Life
SR全体に関わるコマーシャルオペレーションサプライチェーンチャネルマネジメントなどの関連部門をつなぐ要として事業運営を支える重要な役割を担います本ポジションでは新製品の導入製品のフェーズイン/フェーズアウト管理バックオーダーBOなどのリスク低減を目的とした業務プロセスの最適化を推進し各部門との緊密な連携を通じて事業戦略および業務の円滑な遂行を支援しますこれによりビジネスの成長に貢献するポジションです主な業務内容
A Day in the Life
- OUとファンクションチームコマーシャルオペレーションサプライチェーンチャネルマネジメントの間の主要なコミュニケーションハブとして機能し業務の効率化と最適化を推進する
- 物流業務の管理出荷スケジュールアロケーション計画物流パートナーとの調整を含むを行いビジネスの優先順位に基づいたタイムリーな製品供給を確保する
- バックオーダーBOを効果的に管理し潜在的なリスクを特定するとともに出荷の優先順位を設定し関係者との明確なコミュニケーションを維持する
- マーケティング戦略および流通計画と連携し新製品導入や製品のフェーズインフェーズアウトに伴う物流業務を適切に調整し業務の混乱を最小限に抑える
- 出荷数量の確定アロケーション指示在庫物流関連の問い合わせ対応など日々の業務を遂行する
- SAPの障害や物流クレームなどのオペレーション上の課題に迅速に対応し効果的な解決策を実施するとともに関連チームと協力して業務の安定化を図る
- 四半期末などの繁忙期において物流戦略を適切に実行し納品および売上目標の達成を支援する

必要要件(Must Haves)
業務経験
- プロジェクトマネジメント経験
知識/経験
- MS-Word Excel PowerPointを活用した高度なデータ分析レポート作成スキル
- 関係部門との円滑な調整を実現するための高いコミュニケーション能力と交渉力
- 複雑な業務プロセスの中でリスクを特定し最適な解決策を導き出す分析力
- 中級以上の英語スキル業務上のやり取りが可能なレベルTOEIC740点以上
学歴
- 学士号取得者
あると望ましい要件(Nice to Haves)
業務経験
- コマーシャルオペレーション物流管理またはサプライチェーン業務において実務経験がある方
- 新製品の導入や改善業務の経験がある方
- 医療業界での業務経験
知識/経験
- キャピタルサービスの知識/経験
- コマーシャルオペレーション物流調整またはサプライチェーン管理における実務経験
- 新製品の物流管理や製品ライフサイクルの移行に関する業務経験
- Power BIを活用したデータの可視化や高度な分析レポートの作成能力
