この炎症領域スペシャリストTSTherapeutic Specialistの役割ではJAK阻害剤である関節リウマチRA治療剤Jyselecaの商業販売戦略を推進する上で重要な役割を果たしますKPIに従って共同プロモーションパートナーの営業担当者と協力しRA患者向けにJyselecaを医療従事者にpromotionしまたRDおよびチームへinsightを共有します
Key Responsibilities
① 販売計画の達成
② 医療従事者の製品特性やポジショニングの理解向上
③ 各種KPIの遂行計画通りの訪問医師とのコミュニケーションパートナーとのコミュニケーション
④ 事業本部への貢献獲得した知識の共有チームとの知識経験の共有提案活動
⑤ 独自またはマーケティング部門と連携したイベントの実施
⑥ 医療従事者のインサイト市場動向等の情報収集
Requirement (Education Knowledge Experience Competencies and Skills)
- 患者を助ける先進治療における最高の製品になるという強い意思
- JAK阻害剤または生物学的製剤または関節リウマチの経験
- PIPプログラムに参加したことがないことまたは参加していないことまたPIP相応のプログラムの経験がないこと
- MR資格保有者
パートナービジネスコプロモーションの経験がある
自分の意見や提案を出し率先して実行できる積極性
目標を達成しやり遂げるために困難な問題や今までやったことのないことにも積極的に取り組む能力があるチャレンジ精神粘り強さ
