Main Responsibilities
A Day in the Life
- 装置の安定稼働を目的として保守点検および故障修復業務とそれに伴う請求等の業務
- 症例立会業務
- 顧客とコミュニケーションを行い顧客満足度の改善維持向上を行う
- データ分析業務を行いオペレーション改善を行う
- 顧客からの不具合苦情の問い合わせ対応業務を行い顧客満足度の改善維持向上を行う
- CASの他製品の修理点検業務フィールドサービス内勤業務を含む
- クライオアブレーションシステムの設置定期保守修理などを含むフィールド及び内勤業務
- ダイヤモンドテンプアブレーションシステムの設置定期保守を含むフィールドおよび内勤業務
- パルスセレクトアブレーションシステムの修理定期保守を含むフィールド及び内勤業務
- 他事業の製品を取り扱う
Must Haves
Job Experience
- 電機/機械工学分野での業務経験
- フィールドサービス業務
Skills/Knowledge
- 英語力TOEIC600点以上が望ましい
- 良好なコミュニケーション能力
- MSオフィスWord Excel PowerPointを用いた文書作成に必要なPCスキル
- 宿泊を伴う国内及び海外出張ができること
- 夜間及び休日の作業に対応できること
Competency
- 普通自動車運転免許
Education
- 学士以上 (学部学科は問わない)
