Your role with us
As our Product Compliance Lead youll translate complex global regulations into clear actionable requirements for our product and technology teams. Youll monitor regulatory changes advise on compliance risks and provide expert guidance that keeps our product fully compliant resilient and aligned with our product goals.

What you will do:

• Analyse gaming legislation regulations and guidelines across international markets.
• Translate regulatory obligations into actionable requirements for Product teams.
• Ensure systems processes and features comply with jurisdictional requirements.
• Liaise with legal advisors compliance consultants and regulators as needed.
• Stay up-to-date on regulatory trends affecting iGaming products and technology.
• Review and approve compliance for product releases in new markets.
• Maintain compliance frameworks standards and documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement in product compliance practices.
• Serve as the technical compliance expert in cross-functional discussions.

What you will bring:

• 3 years regulatory compliance experience in iGaming fintech or other regulated tech sectors.
• Strong understanding of regulation product design and technology systems.
• Skilled at translating complex regulations into practical business and technical solutions.
• Experience working with product/tech teams in fast-paced agile environments.
• Excellent analytical communication and documentation skills.
• Proven ability to liaise with regulators advisors and cross-functional teams.(preferred).

Bonus points if you also have:

• Familiarity with software development data governance and system controls
• Legal compliance or tech-related qualifications
• Proficient with Google Suite (Drive Spreadsheets Docs) Slack Jir
