In this role youll work closely with our supportive State and Marketing Teams to speak with potential clients and referral partners about how HCA can support them to live independently at home.
If you enjoy building relationships and have experience in Home Care onboarding intake assessments or client engagement we would love to hear from you.
What youll be doing:
- Speaking with potential clients families and referrers about our Home Care services to continually grow the business
- Managing enquiries conducting initial conversations and guiding people through the onboarding and sign-up process
- Conducting basic needs assessments and understanding client goals to ensure the right service fit
- Building a strong pipeline of prospective clients and identifying opportunities to expand our reach
- Attending community and networking eventsand helping plan them too
- Working with internal teams to ensure new clients transition smoothly into care and services
Lets talk about you!
You must have experience in Home Care aged care community services intake/onboarding or client coordination and youre confident engaging with clients families and referrers. Youre organised proactive and someone who follows throughwhether thats managing enquiries updating the CRM or building lasting relationships.
Most importantly youre passionate about helping people maintain choice dignity and independence at home.
Mandatory Requirement - A current National Police Check (ACIC accredited) stating suitability to work in aged care or with vulnerable persons.
