TMD Staffing is looking to hire an HR Recruiter in 77032 North side of Houston!
WORK ENVIRONMENT
In-Person Office
RESPONSIBILITIES
Source and attract candidates through job boards referrals and recruiting platforms.
Write and post job ads to reach the right talent.
Screen resumes conduct phone interviews and coordinate interviews with managers.
Use behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques.
Support hiring decisions prepare job offers and assist with onboarding.
Maintain accurate recruiting records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Help with retention efforts and track turnover trends.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or related field (preferred not required).
12 years of recruiting experience; experience in packaging manufacturing or distribution industries is a plus.
PAY
$50000 $60000 Annually / Salary
SCHEDULE
Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
