Role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team. This is a hybrid role based in San Jose CA (on-site Tuesday-Thursday) reporting to the Head of Technical Recruiting. You will be a key driver in identifying engaging and hiring top technical talent for Zscaler. You will serve as a strategic partner to our engineering leadership ensuring we build world-class teams through inclusive and thoughtful execution.

What youll do (Role Expectations)

• Identify engage and hire top technical talent for Zscaler
• Partner closely with hiring managers to create and drive recruiting strategies for world-class engineering teams
• Collaborate advise and support hiring teams from recruitment kickoff meetings through candidate negotiation and close
• Champion and implement inclusive hiring practices with urgency and thoughtful execution
• Build and cultivate quality candidate pipelines across a variety of technical searches in a competitive talent environment

What Were Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• Bachelors degree or a related field or a combination of relevant experience education and training
• 5 years of in-house recruiting experience within the tech industry
• Proven hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter SeekOut other sourcing tools and niche job boards
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders to lead and manage complex searches in a fast-paced high-growth environment
• Demonstrated ability to generate enthusiasm about opportunities to prospective candidates

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Specialized experience recruiting for AI/ML engineering data science Managed Detection and Response or research roles
• Demonstrated achievement in inclusive hiring practices and building highly targeted diverse talent pipelines
• Background working in both large companies and start-up environments
