Job Summary
Location: Hybrid in Malta or Remote (Europe & Asia)
Reporting to: Head of Finance
The Role
Youll lead planning and forecasting cycles consolidate and analyze results and work with the business to explain performance profitability and costs. Youll also play a key part in improving reporting real-time cost analysis building financial models and making the finance processes smarter and more efficient. Its a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the numbers while also working directly with leadership and business teams to shape how we grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process ensuring accuracy and ownership across teams.
- Partner with business teams to understand growth drivers costs and profitability.
- Deliver variance analysis with clear actionable insight for management.
- Consolidate and analyse results highlighting whats really driving performance.
- Build financial models and scenarios to support strategic decisions.
- Improve reporting processes and introduce more automation and efficiency.
- Act as a bridge between business operations and finance leadership.
What You Bring
- 3 years experience in FP&A business controlling or similar finance roles.
- Experience in the iGaming industry is mandatory.
- Proficiency with finance systems BI tools and Excel/Sheets.
- Strong mix of analytical skills communication ability and business curiosity.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical capability.
- Comfortable working at both detail level and with senior stakeholders.
- A strong communicator who can simplify numbers for non-finance colleagues.
- A proactive self-starter who enjoys building and improving processes .
