Job Summary
Xara Collection is seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at De Mondion our prestigious Michelin-starred restaurant. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a world-class dining experience supporting the Restaurant Manager in delivering exceptional service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and maintaining Michelin standards.
- Lead train and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Manage reservations guest relations and service flow with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Uphold and enforce health safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless communication and service excellence.
- Step in for the Restaurant Manager when required.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in a similar role within a fine dining or Michelin-starred environment.
- Exceptional leadership communication and organizational skills.
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of service etiquette and fine dining protocols.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
