At Tipico we play to win and as an AI Product Manager (m/f/x) you will foster an AI-driven culture throughout the organisation by advocating for the adoption of innovative artificial intelligence solutions encouraging cross-departmental collaboration and promoting best practices in AI and data science.

Your playing field

Youll collaborate with the Director of AI & Data Science Data Science Managers and other Tipico Project Managers on projects prioritization project management and delivery communication.
You will drive alignment with the Director of AI & Data Science Data Science Managers roadmap targets and scrum team objectives.
Communicating roadmap and objectives clearly to stakeholders.
Guiding stakeholders on their information needs for their respective processes and operations and working on new projects to facilitate the requirements gathering process.
Youll support the overall AI governance and architecture including the evaluation and investigation of different AI tools and solutions across multiple functions of the organization in order to allow the SRC AI team to gather knowledge in the companys AI assets platforms processes and tools.
You will also support the conceptualisation and realisation of new AI and GenAI solutions together with business and AI teams.

Qualifications :

Which skills should you bring to the pitch

Experience. You are experienced working on AI Machine Learning Data Science or big data projects and familiar with the associated lifecycles & delivery teams. Youre comfortable in managing multiple projects simultaneously and using project management techniques for tracking monitoring visualising and improving team efficiency.
Qualification. You have a Masters degree in IT or a related field.
Technical background. You have an understanding of Agile mindset and experience working in an agile environment preferably using scrum methodology. Youll also have a basic understanding of AI and Generative AI.
Communication. You are fluent in English both verbal and written have a structured approach and can communicate clearly and in an efficient way with different stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships.
Stakeholder. You excel in building and managing collaborations with a large network of stakeholders.
