We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic Sales Head Solar Division to lead and grow the solar business vertical across our retail chain outlets in Tamilnadu and surrounding locations. The candidate will be responsible for complete P&L ownership sales growth channel development project execution team management and business expansion in the solar rooftop and solar solutions segment.
This is a leadership role for someone with deep knowledge in solar products rooftop projects government schemes and retail-based solar sales.
Key Responsibilities
Head and manage the Solar Division across multiple retail outlets
Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets
Drive sales of solar rooftop systems solar panels inverters batteries and accessories
Identify new business opportunities in residential commercial and industrial segments
Develop channel partners installers and institutional clients
Handle complete P&L responsibility for the solar business unit
Build and lead sales technical and support teams
Design and implement pricing strategies offers and promotional schemes
Ensure smooth execution of solar installation projects
Liaise with vendors EPC contractors and OEMs
Maintain strong relations with government bodies DISCOM and regulators
Handle tender participation documentation and negotiations
Monitor competition market trends and emerging solar technologies
Drive marketing initiatives in coordination with the marketing team
Ensure proper project documentation customer satisfaction & after-sales support
Provide weekly and monthly business reports to top management
