概要Summary
公共向けアカウントエグゼクティブとして政府機関および公共機関のリーダー層と連携しオートメーションおよびAIの活用によるミッション達成を支援していただきますCレベルの意思決定者技術部門の責任者業務改革部門など幅広いステークホルダーと関わりUiPathが提供する価値を最大化する機会を共に創出します本ポジションには複雑なコンセプトを分かりやすく伝え信頼関係を構築し公共セクター特有の意思決定プロセスを的確にナビゲートできるコンサルティブな営業スキルが求められます
主な職務内容Key Responsibilities
テリトリー戦略実行
担当地域および市場ポテンシャルを分析しパイプライン創出と収益最大化に向けた戦略を策定実行する
四半期ごとの売上目標を達成し安定的に上回る成果を出す
競合状況業界動向規制変更新たな市場機会を常時把握しUiPathの価値提案を最適化する
価値訴求型セールスValue-Based Sales
UiPathのプラットフォームを価値訴求型の営業アプローチに基づきプレゼンテーション提案営業活動を通じて顧客に届ける
オートメーションとAIが財務業務組織にどのような効果をもたらすかを顧客に分かりやすく説明する
公共セクターの予算サイクルや調達プロセスに適合したビジネスケースROI分析を構築する
顧客パートナーとの関係構築
技術部門業務部門経営層を含む複数レイヤーのステークホルダーと長期的な信頼関係を構築強化する
SIerコンサルティング企業ローカルパートナーなどと連携しUiPathのプレゼンス拡大と成功する顧客導入を推進する
カスタマーサクセスCSMチームと密接に協力し顧客がUiPathの価値を最大限に享受できるよう支援する
社内連携レポーティング
プリセールスCSMマーケティングプロダクト法務コンプライアンスパートナー部門など社内横断のチームと連携し商談推進と顧客体験向上を図る
顧客ニーズ課題競合情報新サービス機会に関するインサイトをタイムリーにマネジメントへ報告する
UiPathの各種ポリシー公共セクターの規制要件Inside UiPathで提供される社内プロセスを遵守する

営業コミュニケーションスキル
複雑かつ技術的な概念を魅力的かつ分かりやすく伝え顧客の関心と購買意欲を喚起する能力
エンタープライズや公共セクター領域での顧客開拓およびアカウント拡大の実績
社内外で複数部門を巻き込み効果的に影響力を発揮しながら協働できる能力
戦略的アカウントマネジメント
大規模複雑な組織構造を理解し複数レイヤーでのキーパーソン発掘と関係構築ができる能力
調査データに基づくアカウントプランニングとテリトリーマネジメントのスキル
ミッション課題や業務上の課題を軸に潜在ニーズを積極的に発掘できる能力
問題解決力価値訴求型営業
調達プロセスや意思決定の複雑性を踏まえ課題解決と商談推進の障壁を突破できるクリティカルシンキング能力
価値訴求型営業Value Sellingに強みがあり機能ベースではなくROIやビジネスインパクトに基づいて意思決定者へ提案できること
業務プロセス改善や組織効率向上に関する示唆を顧客へ提供できる能力
