Role: Senior Paid Media Manager (E-Commerce)
Priority Location: Global (LATAM Philippines South Africa)
Working Hours: 40 hours per week 9am-5pm EST
Type of Job: Fully Remote

Base Salary Range: $1500 - $2500/month

About the Role: This role is ideal for someone who has direct experience scaling e-commerce brands and knows how to turn ad spend into profit. You will work closely with our in-house designers and offshore teams across analytics pricing and creative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead paid media strategy across Meta and Google.
- Build launch and optimize campaigns focused on profitable customer acquisition.
- Develop an experimentation roadmap for paid media and onsite conversion.
- Partner with design and engineering teams to implement CRO improvements on Shopify.
- Analyze performance data identify insights and report on results with clear recommendations.
- Test new channels when appropriate starting with Meta as the primary focus.
- Collaborate with offshore teams providing creatives analytics and pricing support.
- Establish performance benchmarks and scale budgets based on proven ROI.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of senior-level experience managing paid campaigns for e-commerce brands.
- Proven track record scaling Meta and Google Ads profitably.
- Strong understanding of Shopify conversion funnels and CRO best practices.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment with limited structure.
- Experience directing or collaborating with designers and developers.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Comfortable working during US Eastern Time hours.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in footwear apparel or broader consumer products.
- Experience with additional paid channels such as TikTok or Pinterest.
- Familiarity with Amazon data to align cross-channel performance.
