Job Description:

Aftermarket Services and Warranty Lead Manufacturing Domain Consulting

This role serves as an SME for field service warranty management service and repair activities.

Role Level : Senior or Lead Consultant

Key responsibilities

Engage CIO/CDO/Commercial IT leadership to define and develop world-class support and

service solutions for customers

Understanding of global aftermarkets and warranty challenges and trends.

Conduct workshop and provide SME inputs on leading aftermarket service strategies.

Deep understanding of warranty claims processing and handling of customer complaints.

Understanding of repair and replacement processes for defect.

Generate documentation and functional document to advise internal stakeholders of

aftermarket process related inputs

Experience across any one of the solutions Salesforce CRM ServiceNow SAP warranty

management Dynamics 365

Strong ability to drive first principles and system thinking to client conversations.

Provide domain knowledge on inputs to help track warranty spend and performance

Preferred Skills

Experience in aftermarket services or warranty management.

Required Qualification

Bachelors or masters degree in computer Sc Mechanical Business Management

Minimum 8-year experience with minimum 3 years in OEM warranty management or aftersales

function for industrial manufacturing or engineered products.

Prior implementation on customer relationship management (CRM) software or business

warranty systems

Proven track record of managing aftersales or warranty function

Good communication skills and consulting acumen.
