Job Summary
Required Skills and amp; Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales cloud Service Cloud.
Must have hands on experience of Service Cloud Service Cloud with atleast 1 project implementations in each of these clouds end to end.
Proficient in Salesforce/Apex Triggers Lightning Flows Lightning LWC and familiar with modern web and mobile technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript Web Components others) REST and amp; SOAP APIs Governor limits GIT repositories SSO OAuth 2.0 integrations.
Should have experience of standard Salesforce OOB and customization experience unit testing peer revises best coding practices
Should be well versed in Development and Deployment lifecycle with knowledge of code quality tools and CICD tools.
Must have knowledge of Salesforce release cycle and should be well updated with recent feature released.
Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
Exposure to retail and consumer goods domain is nice to have
Service Cloud Sales Cloud certifications are must to have
