Job Summary

SAP FICO Analyst

Location: St. Louis MO or Shelton CT (3 days onsite)

Must have: 4 years working with SAP strong communication self-motivated must be able to independently SAP FICO (S4 Hana) strong integration experience project management experience vendor management/working with offshore teams working with global processes SAP migration experience.
Nice to have: Readsoft Blackline Hyperion S4 Hana

Skillset Needed:

SAP Knowledge
- Need to be able to get inside SAP finance configuration and find their way around the system
- Must be great problem solvers and have the ability to solve problems with technology
- Hungry to learn
- FICO (Finance Controlling) knowledge; need to understand this space (need to be able to speak well to the business)
  - Controlling (understanding of Cost and Profit Centers)
Base Configuration experience

Targeting strong culture fits that can take requirements from the business implement technical upgrades and deliver back value to the business.

Strong communication (ability to explain what how why) self-motivated process improvement focused etc.
