Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (Human-Centered Design)
Location: Juno Beach FL Duration: 6 Months Rate: $40/hour
Overview
Our client is a leading energy company seeking an experienced IT Business Systems Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role focuses on human-centered design principles within Salesforce environments analyzing business processes and designing technology solutions that meet customer needs and drive business initiatives. Youll work independently on complex projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and practices to design and implement information technology solutions
- Develop functional specifications by translating business requirements into clear concise documentation
- Apply advanced analytical skills and specialized expertise within functional areas
- Collaborate with QA teams to define test scenarios and validate solutions against business requirements
- Monitor and evaluate solution performance tracking effectiveness of implemented solutions
- Interpret business issues and recommend best practices for complex problems
- Lead functional teams or projects as needed
- Ensure proper functionality and user experience in all deliverables
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or related field
- 6-10 years of experience in business analysis IT systems analysis and technology implementation
- Strong experience with Salesforce platform and human-centered design principles
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Experience with testing and validation processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
