What You will do:
Employee Lifecycle Champion
Lead onboarding inductions confirmations probation reviews internal transfers and exits.
Ensure employees experience a smooth journey from joining to exit.
Attendance & Leave Maestro
Manage leave tracking attendance systems and absence policies.
Monitor adherence and implement creative solutions for flexibility without compromising compliance.
Benefits & Compliance Guardian
Oversee statutory compliance like PF ESIC gratuity PT and medical insurance.
Ensure HR policies are applied consistently and audit-ready documentation is maintained.
Policy Innovator & Governance Expert
Update draft and communicate HR policies.
Conduct sessions to keep the team informed and compliant.
Employee Relations Architect
Be the first point of contact for employee queries grievances and engagement.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Data & Insights Leader
Maintain HR dashboards trackers and MIS reports.
Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Required Skills:
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Sales or a related field; MBA preferred. Experience: 3-7 years of experience in business development sales or a similar role with a proven track record of achieving revenue growth. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with specific industry and its market dynamics trends and challenges. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. Negotiation & Persuasion: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and create win-win outcomes for the business and clients. Analytical Skills: Ability to gather analyze and interpret data to inform business strategies and decision-making processes. CRM Expertise: Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce HubSpot or Zoho to track leads deals and progress. Self-Starter: Ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. .
