Assistnow is looking for a hands-on HR & Operations professional to manage end-to-end HR operations while supporting day-to-day operational requirements. This role requires someone comfortable working in a growing organization handling people processes compliance coordination and internal operations.
HR Operations (360)
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding documentation confirmation exits and offboarding
Maintain employee records HR trackers and HRIS updates
Handle attendance leave management payroll coordination and benefits administration
Support performance management cycles appraisals and HR reporting
Address employee queries and ensure smooth internal communication
Recruitment Support
Coordinate hiring activities including interview scheduling offer roll-outs and onboarding logistics
Liaise with recruitment partners and hiring managers as needed
Compliance & Policies
Ensure adherence to statutory compliance (PF ESIC PT labor laws) through coordination with vendors
Draft update and implement HR policies and SOPs
Support audits and compliance documentation
Operations & Admin Support
Support day-to-day office and remote operations
Coordinate with vendors for admin IT and facilities-related requirements
Assist leadership with operational tracking MIS and internal process improvements
36 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist / People Ops roles
Strong understanding of HR processes payroll coordination and statutory compliance
Good organizational and documentation skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced growing environment
Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic HR tools
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
MBA / MSW / PG in HR or related field
Experience working in startups IT services or mid-sized organizations
