Role Summary
We are hiring a Senior SAP HCM Consultant to support and manage SAP HR Mini Master with strong focus on PA/OM data maintenance integrations and reporting in ECC / S/4HANA / SF-ECP environments.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and maintain SAP HR Mini Master (Infotypes PA/OM number ranges)
Manage employee master data (basic address bank details)
Ensure accurate data flow across Payroll Time and Reporting
Support integrations with SuccessFactors FI/CO Payroll and third-party systems (PFAL)
Perform data extraction/reporting and troubleshoot data issues
Implement authorization & security controls
Support HR users and provide Mini Master data guidance
Must Have
38 years hands-on experience in SAP HCM PA & OM
Strong knowledge of Mini Master data & Infotypes
Experience with SAP ECC / S/4HANA / SF-ECP (any one)
Good understanding of HR integrations & data flow
Strong communication skills
Good to Have
SAP S/4HANA & Business Partner (BP) experience
Integration knowledge with SAP & non-SAP systems
Unit & integration testing experience
Key Skills
