As part of the GE India Multi-modal Manufacturing team the swab etch / part marking / ultrasonic clean room DFL coating engineer is responsible for the processing of the parts for swab etch part marking ultrasonic cleaning DFL coating and produce defect free parts with continual improvement of overall productivity.Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities
Understand and follow the router requirements MOS as per operation sequence safe Operation of the process related equipment
Responsible for identifying the defective parts / defects and raise NC ticket
Ability to analyze and interpret design drawings specifications manuals MOS and other related documentation ensure compliance to NADCAP requirements
Knowledge of chemical handling storageand related documentation
Responsible to ensure completion of process related documentation process and equipment inspection check lists
Ability to analyze problems identify root causes and provide efficient solutions.
Ability to handle diverse activities simultaneously and Ability to work in a matrix organization and working collaboratively with the team
The Ideal Candidate:
Candidates with Min 2 years of experience into Electro etch Marking
Required Qualifications:
Diploma with 2 3 years of experience in related processes
Exposure to special process NADCAP audits and related documentation is desirable
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Kaizen Lean and Six Sigma Methodology
