Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Recruit train and manage agency partners/agents.
Drive sales targets and ensure consistent performance.
Conduct regular product and sales training.
Build strong partner relationships and support their business growth.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines
Minimum 1 year of experience in any sales field (Insurance / Banking / FMCG / Telecom / etc.).
Graduation is mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
