Job Summary

Overview :

We are looking for a disciplined and technically competent Site Engineer to manage and supervise on-site execution of residential and commercial projects for one of our client. The role involves ensuring that all construction and finishing works are carried out strictly as per approved architectural and structural drawings while meeting defined quality standards and project timelines. The Site Engineer will play a key role in bridging site execution with design intent through effective supervision coordination and documentation.

Job Responsibilities :

Site Execution & Supervision :
- Supervise daily civil and finishing activities such as block work plastering flooring and interior works.
- Ensure all work is executed strictly as per approved drawings with zero deviations.
- Check line level and layout before and during execution to avoid rework.
- Plan and manage labor deployment and coordinate material availability for uninterrupted workflow.
Quality Control (PMC-Oriented Role) :
- Perform thorough quality checks on incoming materials and ongoing workmanship.
- Proactively identify snags or defects and ensure timely rectification prior to handover.
- Ensure adherence to safety norms and site safety protocols at all times.
Documentation & Measurement :
- Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR) including manpower materials and work status.
- Maintain accurate Measurement Books (MB) for all executed works.
- Cross-check on-site measurements and verify contractor bills before submission for processing.
Coordination & Communication :
- Act as the key point of coordination between the site team design/office team contractors and clients.
- Address and resolve on-site technical issues in consultation with the Project Manager or senior leadership.
- Ensure smooth information flow between execution and design teams to maintain alignment.

Job Requirements:

B.E./ in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Prior experience in site execution preferably in residential and interior projects.
Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented honest and quality-focused approach to work.
Ability to manage site labor effectively and handle multiple on-site activities independently.
Disciplined proactive and accountable in site operations.
