About the role:

Were modernising an existing fully operational PHP-based product and migrating the front-end into React. Youll be taking established functioning screens and rebuilding them into clean modern maintainable interfaces. This isnt a design-to-code role youll be defining the UI as you rebuild you like ownership fast iteration and shipping real improvements weekly youll fit this is primarily a front-end role there is potential for the position to expand into full-stack work for applicants with an interest or background in PHP or backend concepts.

What Youll Do:

Rebuild existing PHP front-end screens into modern React TypeScript
Design UI flows layouts and interactions without pixel-perfect Figma files
Produce quick prototypes to validate ideas before fully implementing
Work closely with the backend developer to integrate existing APIs
Iterate frequently on screens and components based on real user feedback
Contribute to a consistent design approach as we modernise the product
(Optional) Apply backend or PHP knowledge to assist with functionality if youre interested

Your work will directly improve speed stability and user experience for an already active platform.

Tech Youll Use:

React TypeScript
Tailwind CSS
React Router
Vite/Webpack
APIs from a PHP backend
JSON/seeded data for rapid development and testing
(Bonus) PHP backend fundamentals or general full-stack awareness

We dont expect mastery of everything just the ability to pick things up quickly and deliver clean solutions.
