Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Office Overnight All-Rounder to join our dynamic team. This is a key role that ensures smooth overnight operations delivering exceptional guest experiences and supporting various hotel functions.
- Provide warm and professional service to all guests during the overnight shift.
- Assist with check-ins check-outs and other front desk operations.
- Handle guest inquiries requests and concerns efficiently.
- Conduct night audit duties including reconciling daily transactions.
- Maintain security standards and perform regular safety checks.
- Support other departments as needed to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a similar front office or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and handle overnight responsibilities.
- Knowledge of hotel systems (e.g. Opera) is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work on a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
