Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests checkin and checkout using Opera PMS
- Handle guest enquiries requests and complaints efficiently
- Assist with group arrivals and departures
- Operate phones process payments and balance transactions
- Promote Accor loyalty programs and hotel services
- Support luggage handling wakeup calls and guest assistance
- Work collaboratively with hotel and precinct teams
Qualifications :
What were looking for
- Previous customer service or hotel experience is preferred
- Strong knowledge of OPERA is advantageous
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A genuine passion for guest service and hospitality
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Flexible availability including nights weekends and public holidays
- Have full working rights in Australia
