Red Hat ソリューションアーキテクトチームではソリューションアーキテクトとしてこのチームに参加くださる経験豊富なプリセール スエンジニアを募集していますこのポジションでは第一線でお客様と対話し案件の創造問題の解決顧客とのビジネス関係の構築 を行っていただきますまた顧客のビジネスや技術的なニーズを見出して分析し顧客システムの最適化および効率化に向けてセール スチームやサービスチームと連携してお客様が数あるRed Hatのプロダクトおよびソリューションの中からベストな解決策に投資ができる ように支援しますお客様が最初に弊社と深く関わりを持っていただくにあたりソリューションアーキテクトは極めて重要な役割を果たすため優れたコミュニケーション能力およびヒューマンスキルが必要になってきますまた技術的な知識オープンソースへの熱意 エンタープライズレベルのビジネスプロセスや IT の問題に関する深い理解力をバランス良く有している必要がありますまたソリューシ ョンアーキテクトはテレコム業界の知識と課題そして将来の方向性を理解しお客様のビジネス課題を解決するための最適なソリュー ションを提案できる必要があります
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- 複雑なオファリングとソリューションの開発と実装のためのプリセールス技術サポートを提供すること
- 顧客との戦略的関係を構築しRed Hat の製品およびソリューションの信頼できるアドバイザーとなること
- Red Hat ソリューションに関する知識を活用し営業プレゼンテーション顧客ワークショップ当社製品のデモンストレー ション評価概念実証 (PoC) を通じて営業スタッフ顧客パートナーに技術的な専門知識を提供すること
- RFIRFPRFQの技術的なセクションに対する回答を調査し作成すること
- 顧客のビジネスおよびIT環境を理解し営業チームと協力してRed Hatのソリューションの潜在的な適用可能性を評価すること
- チームメンバーが自分の成功や失敗から学べるように知識や調査結果を共有すること
Required Skills:
- テレコム業界における3年以上のプリセールス経験
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力とプレゼンテーション能力: ビジネス技術経営リーダーシップチームを含む大小様々な聴衆に対してプレゼンテーションができること
- お客様エンジニアリングビジネスエグゼクティブレベルとの関係構築力
- 複雑なエンタープライズソリューションとアーキテクチャの理解
- 最高のソリューションを顧客に提供するためにチーム環境で働き他者と協力する能力
- アジャイル開発やDevOpsのような最新の方法論の理解
- 自動化オーケストレーション構成管理のようなDay2関連ソリューションの理解
- オープンソースへの熱意クラウドやソフトウェアに関する知識お客様のビジネスや IT の問題に関する深い理解力をバラ ンス良く有すること
- 継続的に学習し新しいケイパビリティを習得する意欲があること
- 基礎的な英語力(特にリーディングとリスニング)
- テレコム業界向け通信インフラないし大規模ネットワークインフラの経験があれば尚可
- AI / IoT / インテグレーション / マイクロサービスやパブリッククラウドの利用経験があれば尚可
- 営業方法論TASSPINMEDDPICCなどの経験があれば尚可
- Linuxシステムプログラミングおよび軽度のシステム管理経験があれば尚可
