About the Role
As a Production Team Leader youll play a vital role in leading a pharmaceutical production environment while supporting employees to achieve their NDIS goals. Youll ensure production targets are met maintain quality standards and foster a safe collaborative team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Motivate and mentor a diverse workforce promoting safety and compliance with WHS policies.
- Supervise and guide supported employees to meet NDIS goals and commercial outcomes.
- Ensure production meets customer expectations for quality and delivery timeframes.
- Monitor operations adjust processes and maintain Good Manufacturing Practice standards.
- Conduct skills training assessments and performance reviews in collaboration with Employment Coaches.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a production environment.
- Ability to obtain required checks: Working with Children (Blue Card) NDIS Worker Screening (Yellow Card) National Criminal History Check and an open Drivers Licence.
