Job Summary
- Full-time permanent positions available on day shift based at our Clayton South site
- Full-time hours over 4 days (Monday - Thursday)

We are looking production operators and material handlers to join our team based at our Clayton South site. Reporting to the Production Shift Supervisor successful candidates will be self-motivated enthusiastic and have experience in a food processing environment.

About The Role
We are looking for experienced candidates who will be able to apply their technical skills and specialist knowledge to maintain a consistent A-Grade food quality product. The ideal candidate will be experienced with a background in food processing.
Tasks may include but not be limited to:
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Safe Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure successful operation of production equipment
- Meet daily production requirements to achieve Process Reliability (PR)
- Perform machine set ups and changeovers maintain flow of product through to packing
- Maintain quality of products and associated documentation according to specifications
- Communicate with departments including Quality Maintenance and Material Handlers escalate in case of deviations and issues
About You
You are an effective communicator and someone who enjoys working alongside others in a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment. Someone able to think on their feet and able to thrive under pressure.
To be considered for an interview you will need to demonstrate:
- Previous experience working in a similar role within a food manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift up to 20kg
- Familiar with HACCP
- Computer literate
- Team player and good communication skills
- Fast learner and open to change willing to try new approaches
- Continuous improvement mindset
