Position Overview

We are excited to offer opportunities for Diploma Educators and Diploma Educational Leaders to join our brand-new purpose-built Rockdale service catering for 79 children. Open for less than a year this Centre offers a fresh and inspiring environment where you can truly make your mark.

In these roles you will play a vital part in the daily operations of your room supporting the delivery of high-quality education strong routines and a warm inclusive environment. Diploma Educational Leaders will take on additional leadership responsibilities mentoring and guiding educators while supporting best practice across the room.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a Centre in its early stagesbuilding strong connections with families supporting your colleagues and delivering programs that foster curiosity creativity and care.

Key Responsibilities

Support and deliver high-quality education and care in line with the EYLF and NQS
Lead or support room routines to create a safe organised and engaging learning environment
Guide mentor and support educators (Educational Leader role)
Plan implement and evaluate engaging learning programs
Champion the health safety and wellbeing of all children
Build strong respectful relationships with families and maintain open communication
Contribute to a positive team culture reflective practice and continuous improvement

Qualifications and Skills

Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Experience as a Diploma Educator with leadership experience or interest for the Educational Leader role
Current Working with Children Check
Current First Aid CPR Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
Child Protection training/certificate
Strong communication and organisational skills
Passion for creating inspiring engaging learning environments
