About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and values driven Team Leader to lead and grow our statewide training initiatives with a strong focus on transgender gender diverse and non-binary (TGD&NB) affirmative practice.
This role leads the delivery of the TGD in Community Health Consortium (TGDiCH) training program supporting health services across Victoria to build culturally safe inclusive and affirming practice. The role works closely with TGD&NB community members health professionals and consortium partners to co-design and co-deliver evidence-based training.
