Plan execute and monitor programs to meet strategic objectives.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of program components.
Manage risks issues and dependencies across projects.
Prepare and present program status reports to leadership.
Ensure adherence to governance and compliance standards.

Strong experience in program and project management.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in stakeholder engagement and communication.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with the insurance industry and program management experience; fluency in Cantonese & English is required.
