What Youll Do

Pricing & Proposal Development:
Prepare accurate compelling quotes and bid documents that showcase SKIDATAs value ensuring proposals are commercially sound and delivered on time.

Collaboration & Coordination:
Work closely with external sales marketing operations and finance teams to gather inputs coordinate timelines and ensure smooth bid delivery from start to finish.

Process Excellence:
Maintain pricing databases margin trackers and proposal templates. Ensure all documentation follows best practice standards and company governance.

Reporting & Insights:
Monitor bid success rates conversion metrics and margin performance to support continuous improvement and smarter decision-making.

Communication & Quality:
Contribute to win strategy sessions peer reviews and creative proposal meetings ensuring every document reflects professionalism and precision.

What You Bring

• 2 years of experience in internal sales bid coordination or commercial support.

• A degree in Business Engineering or a related discipline.

• Excellent communication and English writing skills (German a plus!).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint Teams).

• Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.

• Experience using CRM tools and document management systems.

• A proactive organised and collaborative approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
