Job Summary
What youll do
- Endtoend payroll processing in ADP Payforce for 800 employees across three entities on a monthly cycle.
- Compliance and controls across STP PAYG superannuation payroll tax leave accruals EOFY.
- Employee support & communications.
- Reporting & reconciliation for Finance and People & Culture.
- Continuous improvement and process refinement.
- Stakeholder partnership across Finance P&C Business Units and external providers.
Qualifications :
What were looking for:
- Experience running mediumtolarge Australian payrolls.
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Excellent problemsolving and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Australian and New Zealand payroll legislation.
- Stakeholder management capability.
- Strong Excel and data interpretation skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight statutory deadlines.
- High integrity and respect for confidentiality.
