Responsibilities
Youll play a vital part in keeping people property and information safe. That includes:
- Provide exceptional customer service ensuring all staff and visitor concerns are addressed promptly and effectively
- Handle telephone enquiries in line with our guidelines and customer requirements
- Manage the booking process for on-site meeting rooms ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
- Flexible and helpful
- Administer Security Clearance paperwork with attention to detail and accuracy
- Manage incoming and outgoing post efficiently
- Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by the Securitas Site Manager and the client
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
