As Head of Marketing you will be a highly organisedcreative individual who will lead all marketing activities across digitalprint social and partnerships. This role involves building a direct audiencemanaging external agencies and driving growth through innovative campaignsevents and collaborations. Youll also oversee brand execution across alltouchpoints enhance the guest experience and ensure alignment with businessobjectives.
This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to growalongside the company as we expand our portfolio offering significant scope toshape Crafteds marketing future.
That said as Head of Marketing yourprimary responsibilities will be to:
Manage and develop the consumerbrand ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing channels includingdigital print socials partnerships.
Create and implement an annualmarketing plan and budget for the first hotel (Powdermills) as well as supportwith launch plans for future assets.
Manage all brand marketingcollateral ensuring consistency and quality across assets including guestroom materials channel-specific support for the revenue team and employmentbranding for local hiring initiatives.
Execute the tried and testedmarketing channels to ensure distribution is far and wide to start with butalso invest in building a direct-to-consumer CRM and strategy to mitigate OTAfees and costs for the longer and own our own audience.
Plan and execute quarterlymarketing programming and event strategies for the hotel while overseeingcultural activities such as music events wellness and talks in collaborationwith the team.
Manage PR and digital agenciesreviewing and optimising strategies as needed.
Manage creative acquisitioncampaigns optimise based on data oversee third-party agencies and createtargeted CRM communication plans newsletters and audience-specific strategiesfor B2B locals members leisure guests and wellness.
Explore new and creative growthstrategies including identifying new channels formats campaigns and partnerswith aligned audiences and values.
Contribute to the continuousreview and enhancement of the guest journey and ensure our technology systemsare optimised to learn and convert enquiries to maximise table reservationsroom bookings and meeting and events bookings.
Website management.
Drive investment and activationswith food and drink suppliers and affiliate brands while collaborating withthe founder to establish partnerships with aligned brands and audiences andexecute joint marketing initiatives.
Drive partnerships with alignedbrands and affiliates to support marketing efforts and activations.
Lead and manage a smallmarketing team providing strategic direction while staying hands-on inexecution.
Manage and support contentcreation for all marketing channels and social media.
Leverage guest data and stayupdated on marketing and industry trends to drive informed decisions andmaintain a competitive edge.
Manage brand execution across alltouchpoints (The Restaurant Cocktail bar Pub Wellness Hotel Socials)
Actively champion and promotethe brands diversity equity and inclusion strategy.
Complete other tasks as necessary and reasonablyrequired in line with business needs.
Were looking for someone with:
Minimum 5 years marketing experience in a relevanthospitality sector in essential.
Ability to prioritise and handle multipleprojects at once.
A great collaborator with stakeholdermanagement with the wider team.
Effective communicator and confident topresent.
Have a strong understanding of SEO & PPCand how to build an engaged consumer audience through a mixture of organic anduser generated content supplemented with executing paid ads on social media andinfluential channels.
Agency management experience withdemonstrable results (likely to be PR and digital).
People management experience as well asfamiliar with internal reporting to stakeholders.
Commercial numerate and analytical. Highattention to detail.
Capability to convert insights into action.
An interest and knowledge in food and drinktrends helpful but not essential.
Previous experience with hospitalitytechnology platforms such as Muse Revinate and other relevant programs wouldbe helpful but also experience from other direct to consumer systems and CRMwould be welcome.
