Job Summary

The Director of Implementation for Enterprise Systems leads the planning execution enhancement and governance of the organisations ERP and EPM platforms. This role provides both strategic direction and hands-on operational leadership to cross-functional teams ensuring that enterprise technologies align with business objectives strengthen operational efficiency and support datadriven decision-making. The Program Director oversees system roadmaps delivers complex multiphase initiatives maintains high solution standards and drives continuous improvement across enterprise processes and technologies.

What will you be doing

Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps for ERP and EPM systems in alignment with business priorities.
Lead enterprise-wide planning for system upgrades enhancements new module implementations and integrations.
Oversee full lifecycle management of ERP/EPM projects ensuring on-time on-budget and on-scope delivery.
Establish program governance including standards workflows project plans and risk management practices.
Drive optimisation of business processes across ERP/EPM platforms to improve efficiency accuracy and user experience.
Oversee system administration maintenance data integrity management and application support functions.
Lead and mentor cross-functional program teams including business analysts project managers developers and system administrators.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops user committees and change management initiatives.
Present program updates KPIs and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
Develop and manage program budgets including capital and operational expenditures.
Oversee vendor selection contract negotiation licensing service agreements and SLAs.
Ensure cost-effective use of technologies resources and external consulting services.
Ensure that ERP/EPM systems support accurate financial reporting forecasting planning and operational analytics.

We tend to look for people with:

Essential

Bachelors degree in Information Systems Business Administration Computer Science or a related discipline (Masters degree is an advantage).
Significant experience overseeing ERP/EPM programs or other enterprisescale technology initiatives.
Proven track record delivering complex multimodule system deployments or upgrades.
Strong knowledge of core business processes across functions such as Finance HR Supply Chain Operations and Planning.
Advanced capability in project management change leadership and stakeholder engagement.
Ability to translate technical solutions into tangible business outcomes including cost optimisation risk mitigation and revenue growth.
Demonstrated success partnering effectively with crossfunctional teams including Sales Marketing Product and Engineering.

Desirable:

Handson experience with major ERP/EPM solutions (e.g. Oracle Cloud SAP S/4HANA Workday NetSuite Anaplan Hyperion OneStream).
Professional certifications such as PMP Prosci ITIL or vendorspecific qualifications.
Background working within multientity global or heavily regulated organisations.
