- Build and manage relationships with external partners including health tech platforms
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across product sales and operations to ensure seamless delivery and execution.
Product Development & Innovation
- Curate and refine specialty products tailored to client needs and market trends.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and regulatory changes to inform product strategy.
Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals and execution.
Responsibilities.
QualificationsExperience & Background
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in health tech or insurtech domains.
- Proven track record in structured product development sales strategy or partner management.
- Candidates with broader sales experience but recent exposure to health tech/insurance are also encouraged to apply.
Skills & Attributes
- Strong understanding of outpatient and Wellness products.
- Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to innovate and lead change.
