Job Title: Relationship Manager / Business Development Manager – Mortgage

Product: Mortgage – Home Loans & LAP
Role Type: Field Sales Acquisition Focused
Role Summary
The RM / BDM – Mortgage will be responsible for sourcing Home Loan and LAP business through direct sales referrals and local market channels. The role focuses on customer acquisition relationship management and achieving disbursement targets while maintaining portfolio quality.
Key Responsibilities
Source Home Loan & LAP business through direct sourcing referrals and connectors
Build and manage relationships with customers builders brokers and DSAs
Generate and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Achieve monthly disbursement and revenue targets
Handle endtoend loan processing from login to disbursement
Coordinate with credit operations and legal teams for smooth processing
Ensure complete documentation and compliance with credit policies
Conduct regular field visits and customer meetings
Maintain portfolio quality and support early delinquency control
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Mortgage / Home Loan sales
Experience in direct sales or channel sales (DSA exposure preferred)
Strong local market knowledge of Chennai
Good communication customer handling and negotiation skills
Preferred Skills
Sound knowledge of Home Loan & LAP products
Ability to work independently and achieve targets
Strong networking and relationshipbuilding skills
