Were looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Acacia Ridge Brisbane to deliver initiatives that contribute to sales outcomes and enhance the customer experience. This is a Permanent Monday to Friday role.

What youll be doing:

As a Marketing Coordinator at Hastings Deering you will:

Assist the Marketing & CX team with executing campaigns and initiatives.
Support automated communications (email and SMS) and website updates including building landing pages.
Maintain up-to-date brand-compliant Marketing materials.
Help plan and deliver customer-facing events including logistics and reporting.
Coordinate content creation (photography videography creative assets).
Liaise with external suppliers and agencies for timely cost-effective delivery.
Maintain Marketing & CX SharePoint and image library.
Provide support on departmental projects as required.

What youll need:

A successful teammate will have experience in:
Essential:

Bachelor Degree in Marketing Communications or equivalent
Solid understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
Exceptional attention to detail strong communication skills financial acumen and ability to multi-task under deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
2 years experience in a marketing role.

Desirable:

Proficient in Adobe Suite or Canva.
