About the role

This opportunity is a 12 month full time term contract and is responsible for working closely with other Coordinators to recruit lead and manage the work of staff volunteers and contractors to complete all requirements of support to individuals and groups across Community Care. Working within the legislative framework of the Aged Care Act 2024 and the National Disability Insurance Scheme.

On a daily basis you will:

  • Recruit lead and support staff volunteers and contractors.
  • Partner with Business Coordination to deliver seamless support functions including intake administration meal services procurement IT event planning and marketing.
  • Oversee evaluation operations and compliancemonitoring activity outcomes budgets data accuracy quality systems risk management audits and adherence to funding policy and legislative requirements.
  • Build strong internal and external partnerships while driving continuous improvement problemsolving effectively championing WHS EEO and customer service and modelling a culture of learning and accountability.

About You

The successful candidate should have previous experience working with people with disability and people that are older in particular working with people to maintain their independence. a minimum 5 years experience supervising staff and coordinating services.

You will also bring:

  • Minimum Certificate 4 in Community Services or related area
  • An ability to ensure data is accurate and can analyse data for service improvement and decision making
  • Current Drivers License and First Aid
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft applications and CRM use

Whats on offer

We are offering a 12 month full time term contract with an attractive remuneration from $96262.32 to $106006.97 plus 12% superannuation.
