Our Growth and Experience team is driving Vanguard Australias growth in the retail investor market. We have an ambitious agenda to deliver exceptional personalised experiences for our clients and advisers. To help us achieve this we are seeking a Marketing Automation Lead to join our team and play a pivotal role in building connected omni-channel experiences.
This role is highly collaborative but delivery-focused. You will be responsible for creating end-to-end customer journeys leveraging Adobe CDP Marketo and Adobe Journey Optimiser tools to deliver personalised experiences across multiple addition to execution you will contribute to uplifting the wider marketing teams capability in marketing automation and personalisation.
Your work will directly influence how we connect with customers and advisers ensuring every interaction is meaningful and personalised.
