Commercial Van/Sprinter General Sales Manager
Columbus OH
Brand new standalone Sprinter Van Center -1st standalone facility in Ohio
MUST HAVE previous commercial vehicle experience

As a Commercial Van/Sprinter GSM you will be responsible for driving sales growth managing daily operations and fostering a high-performance sales environment focused on commercial vans and Sprinter vehicles.
Responsibilities:
- Lead motivate and manage the commercial van sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase market share and profitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients and fleet managers
- Oversee the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals
- Collaborate with the marketing and service departments to maximize customer satisfaction and retention
- Prepare sales reports forecasts and budgets for senior management
- Ensure compliance with company policies standards and ethical business practices
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive sales management in commercial van/Sprinter sales
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic plans
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Clean driving record
