Overview

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple commercial construction projects totaling $50M. This role combines project delivery team leadership and client engagement with a strong emphasis on servant leadership mentorship and building high-performing teams.

What Youll Do Project Leadership

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale construction projects (schedule cost quality safety)
Manage budgets forecasting contracts and risk mitigation
Partner with field leadership to drive project execution and on-time delivery
Oversee preconstruction planning and project closeout

Team Leadership

Mentor and develop PMs APMs and Project Engineers
Foster accountability critical thinking and team ownership
Build trust within a tenured high-performing team

Client & Business Development

Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships
Support proposals presentations and project pursuits (RFP/RFQ)
Contribute to repeat business and pipeline growth
Represent the company in industry and community engagements

What You Bring Experience

10 years in commercial construction
Proven leadership on $20M $40M projects
Experience in sectors like K 12 higher education healthcare civic or advanced/secure construction preferred
Track record of mentoring and developing teams

Skills

Strong financial contract and risk management expertise
Proficiency with Procore Bluebeam and Microsoft Office (CMiC/Textura a plus)
Ability to read and manage construction schedules

Education

Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or related field
