Requirements
What Youll Do:
- Support daily operations in a dynamic CPA firm
- Process client deliverables (tax returns financial statements)
- Manage electronic filing and correspondence
- Schedule meetings and handle administrative inquiries
- Assist with database management and supply ordering
- Provide backup support for phones front desk and mail
What Were Looking For:
- 2 years in a professional office setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Adobe; ability to learn new tech
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
- Familiarity with CCH Axcess and SafeSend Suite is a plus
